Processing & Handling

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Sundays and public holidays may cause slight delays in processing.

Delivery Options

• Lagos same-day delivery
  Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon can be delivered within Lagos on the same day (subject to product availability).
• Ikorodu & Ogun next-day delivery
  Most orders outside central Lagos but within Lagos State or Ogun State are delivered within 1–2 working days.
• Nationwide delivery (Nigeria)
  We ship to major cities across Nigeria through reliable courier partners. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
• Market pick-up
  You may also collect directly from our stores:

  • Abule Egba – 23 Winfunke Street

Shipping Fees

• Fees are calculated based on destination.
• Lagos deliveries typically range between ₦3,500 – ₦6,500.
• Nationwide rates vary; you will be informed of the cost before your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or a dispatch rider’s contact.
• For market pick-up orders, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation when your order is ready.

Payment & Confirmation

• Orders must be fully paid before shipping (bank transfer, card, or POS at the store).
• Cash on delivery is only available in selected Lagos areas and may require a deposit.

Delays

• Babies Planet NG is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or public holidays.
• We will always keep you updated if unexpected delays occur.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• Please check your items immediately upon delivery.
• If there is damage or a wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos for quick replacement or resolution.
